1. Restricted Visual Line of Sight (RVLOS):Private drones must operate within a 500-meter range from the pilot and below the height of the highest obstacle within 300 meters. The pilot must maintain direct visual contact with the drone to ensure safe navigation and avoid collisions.

2. Operating Conditions:Drones used for personal purposes must not fly near public roads, structures, or within 50 meters of people. Additionally, private drones must avoid controlled or restricted airspace and cannot operate near sensitive areas like prisons or police stations.

3. Property Ownership:You can only operate a drone over property you own or have explicit permission to fly over. This protects privacy and ensures compliance with aviation laws.

4. No Commercial Gain:Private use strictly prohibits any form of commercial gain or benefit. If a drone is used for commercial purposes, it falls under different, more regulated guidelines, including obtaining a Remote Pilot License (RPL) and Remote Operator Certificate (ROC).
