Using the DJI Agras T50’s advanced spreading system, Vision Dynamics can efficiently broadcast seeds and granular fertilizer with exceptional precision. This drone’s spreader carries up to 50kg of material in a 75L hopper and distributes it evenly in a broad swath (up to 7–8 meters wide). We program custom flight plans that ensure uniform coverage across your fields, improving germination and fertilizer uptake while minimizing waste. The result is even, efficient distribution that saves time and labour compared to traditional ground spreading.

• High Capacity & Flow: Holds 50 kg of seed or fertilizer and supports flow rates up to 108 kg/min for rapid coverage of large areas. An expanded loading gate allows quick refills, so the drone spends more time in the air and less time reloading.

• Precision Distribution: A spiral spinner disk evenly disperses material, achieving consistent coverage across the target swath. In optimal conditions, spread width ranges 4.5 – 7 m, reaching up to ~8 m for broader coverage. Newly designed fenders prevent any granules from flying upward into the propellers, ensuring safe and uniform spreading.

• Smart Control: Integrated weight sensors and a control module monitor the remaining load in real time. This enables precise rate control and gives automatic alerts when the tank is running low. The system supports variable-rate spreading, meaning we can adjust application rates on the fly for different field zones or material types. We also swap between different hopper gate sizes (large or small) to handle a range of granule sizes and flow rates, from fine seeds to heavier pellets.

• Quick Maintenance: The spreader is designed for easy cleaning and upkeep. It dismantles in under 3 minutes for washing, so downtime between jobs is minimal. The robust build is made to withstand tough agricultural conditions, ensuring reliability in the field.
